Four River Community Apartments has an easy application process. With your completed application please provide the following:
- Three most recent pay stubs from your current employer(s)
- Copy of driver's license or picture identification card
- $30 per adult processing fee, or $40 per married couple
Complete credit application online
Monthly Rental Rates
400 sq. foot efficiency = $680
610 sq. foot one bedroom = $760 to $825
700 sq. foot two bedroom = $825
745 sq. ft two bedroom = $890 to $895
800 sq. foot three bedroom = $955
