- Three most recent pay stubs from your current employer(s)
- Copy of driver's license or picture identification card
- $30 per adult processing fee, or $40 per married couple
Complete credit application online
Monthly Rental Rates
One bedroom, 624 sq. foot = $790
One bedroom, 720 sq. foot = $835
Two bedroom, 865 sq. foot = $880
Security deposits required
